What Information does FIT4CHANGE collect?
FIT4CHANGE may collect both personally identifiable information (such as your email address, full name, and other information that can be used to identify you), and non-personally identifiable information (such as your personal profile information (“Sponsorship preferences”), browser information, IP address, search terms, and other information that does not identify you) when you use the FIT4CHANGE service.
You do not need to open an account and provide us with personally identifiable information to use our sites, but you will need to provide some personal information to make full use of the FIT4CHANGE sites and service and allow your charity or good cause to get more money from your use of the FIT4CHANGE service.
Personal Information is collected when you sign up for the FIT4CHANGE service and create your account. Your account information includes your mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, post code and email address and forms the Administrative Data of your Sponsorship preferences. In addition, should you choose, you can add further personal profiling information to your Sponsorship preferences which includes such information as your First Name, Last Name, physical address and other information. We need this other information to make sure your charity or good cause can receive payments from FIT4CHANGE.
Should you choose to “Invite a Friend” to join your Charity or good cause or good cause powered by FIT4CHANGE network directly from the FIT4CHANGE website, we will ask you to provide us with that person’s email address or mobile phone number. We do not store that person’s email address unless he/she decides to join.
You can add further personal profiling information to your Sponsorship preferences which includes such information as your consumer preferences, buying behaviour and other information which may be of interest to commercial entities (Sponsors). We need this other information to match you with Sponsors
(commercial entities) that match your profile to ensure that your activities are paid for by sponsors (advertiser revenue) in order for your charity or good cause to receive payments from FIT4CHANGE.
FIT4CHANGE collects various non-personally identifiable information (information that does not identify you) such browser type, browser language, IP address, origin of the connection, mobile phone information, location, mobile phone usage behaviour etc., when you connect to the FIT4CHANGE site from your PC or from your mobile phone. This information is used for statistical purposes to analyze traffic, improve our services, and make sure you receive the correct version of the FIT4CHANGE site. Non-personally identifiable information may be conveyed to third parties for marketing purposes and to increase your ability to receive messages from relevant commercial companies to you in the right context (ie. time of day and location).
What are cookies?

FIT4CHANGE and your chosen charity or good cause are the entities responsible for processing your personal information.
Retention of Your Personal Information Security
The personal information that you communicate to us is safeguarded on FIT4CHANGE’s secure servers.
We limit access to your information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.
Cancellation of Account
You may cancel your account whenever you choose and we will discontinue your FIT4CHANGE account and delete all your information from our servers. You can do this by the following two methods:

Children are not eligible to use FIT4CHANGE. By using FIT4CHANGE you represent that you are at least 18 years old, as described in our Terms and Conditions of Service.
Communication from FIT4CHANGE
We will communicate with you via messages to the FIT4CHANGE application installed on your mobile phone (or via the mobile internet) for all commercial communication from third parties related to the FIT4CHANGE service. We will also use this application (or the mobile internet) to communicate messages from FIT4CHANGE relating to our service, software, new product and service offerings, newsletters and warnings etc. You will be able to provide feedback on each message to limit further similar communication, but you cannot opt out of these messages unless you cancel your account.
We may use your email address to communicate with you about commercial communications, updates of the FIT4CHANGE software or of the service, new product offerings, newsletters, warnings, etc. You will always receive service related communications from FIT4CHANGE. You may not opt-out of these emails unless you cancel your account.
Transfer and/or Sharing of your Personal Information
We will not share your personal information with or transfer it to third parties without your consent. If the company is acquired or its assets transferred to another company by means of merger, etc., we will provide notice before the transfer of any personally identifying information.
